i am a new member to this club, namaskar to everybody.
i have a question, pl advise me.
i have completed 14 years of service in central govt. now i have been selected in a central autonomous body in higher pay band. i had applied for the post in response to an open advt. through proper channel but my application was not forwarded bcoz the last date had been over. i was called for interview on the basis of the advance copy submitted by me. later on my deptt. issued me an NOC to appear in the interview for the said post, and I have been selected.
Now, in the conditions cited above, my question is -
1. whether my application will be treated as through proper channel ?
2. i shall get lien or not?
3. shall i get the benefit of my past service?
