Dear Sir / Madam,

in the begning I thank you for all of you because you professionals are always supporting and answer my queries.

My first question would be regarding of Industrial Dispute 1947.

1. If Company is registered under the Shop and establishment act in this case Shall Industrial Dispute is applicable for this comapny and employees? Yes Then how & No Then How? Please explain. 

2. MSRTC employees went on strike 4 days but how and under whihc clauses MSRTC will deduct the wages for 36 days? please explain?

1. Yes. The employee that is covered by both enactments can seek recourse under enactment.

The employee has the right to take advantge of the more beneficial provision.

 

2. What is MSRTC?

Pls post full details.
