In one instance Mr. A was threatened by one person named 'B' of slitting with a sickle along with criminal intimidation in front of few persons of the building where both Mr.A and B reside. Looking to the criminal acts of B, Mr. A immediately lodged a police complaint; after few months of lodging complaint the local police has called Mr. A and B at the police station for investigation, during which accused B has admitted that he was in fist of anger during the incident as per the complaint. Police has warned accused B to refrain from such criminal acts and issued notice under section CrPC 149 against the accused B and to avoid doing any kind of shanti-bhang; In such a case:-

3. also please elaborate what remedy lies with Mr. A if accused B again indulges into criminal acts against Mr. A or his family out of vengeance in view of the CrPC 149 notice issued against B.
