Dear Sir / Madam
I need to enter into a rental agreement for Office purpose in BANGALORE, KARNATAKA with Rs.100,000 refundable deposit and Rs.8,000 p.m rent payable on the last day of each month. There is no other consideration other than mentioned above. Now, what is the value of stamp paper I need to use for keeping the rental agreement valid. Kindly let me know any slabs, if any for easy reference.
