Stamp paper of power of attorney

Please let me know the stamp paper value applicable for a power of attorney.

1. If a general power of attorney is given in 2007 on  a stamp paper of Rs 100 from husband to wife  . Is this valid?

2. If a general power of attorney is given in 2013 on  a stamp paper of Rs 100 from wife to husband. Is this valid?

Please also let me know if the Power of attorney needs to be notarised ? as both Power of attornys are not notarised.

can they be notarised now?

thank you in advance for your answers

if POA already given in 2013 and 2007 on stamp paper of Rs 100 each and not notarised. does this make them invalid?

Power of attorney for sale of property should be registerd . special power of attorney for maintenance, giving evidence in court should be notarised or may registered.
