There are 3 portions settlement (2012) from father to his three daughters through Registration. One of the sides border is mentioned as House( Which is still existing there) and other borders as where as they were.
But there is a 4feet passage existing between House and a Compound wall . But This compound wall was not mentioned in Registered deed. In later course of time that House is gave up to somebody in 2018 by mentioning that border is upto this compound wall.
What is the area that daughters have exactly? The Area upto House or Compound wall?
