After the check dishonour, they send us one notary letter for this and asking us to pay the debt/loan.We replied that we do not have any loan or liability against it.
We said.. how can u take loan from u where as we have purchased one land of 7.5 lakhs in same week.
This is the legal notice u r talking about?
The case is being under our lawers caustody.
