Structural audit of society

Dear Members,

Can anyone help me to understand the issue regarding the 'Structural Audit of Builsings'.

Reason why i am asking above query is, i have observed a big crack in side pillar of building in which i hold a flat.

It is something with the life of family mambers of 25 flats.

Our building construction was completed in year 2000, so wanted to check procedure on how to deal with this situation as building is now almost 15 years old.

Regards,

Faiyaz

Soc undertake structural audit when bldg completes 15-20 years of its life in order to ascertain strength n its longivity of bldg. You may Repot to Registrar, if deem fit

I don't think you are competent to hold structural audit, yourself. Better introduce and get a resolution passed in theAGM of the society to press the MC to get structural audit completed as soon as possible.
