Dear Friends,
I want to know the procedure for surrender of membership of bar council of one state and to get enrolled in bar council of another state.Dear friend ,aftr my marriage i have to come Indore(M.P.) and I am enrolled as an advocate in bar council of Maharastra and Goa. So I am unable to practice in Indore. So dear friend please help me realating to this matter.
Even a fortnight passed query in this thread not attended.
Ok, I am trying to say something though I don't know anything in this regard.
I think you have to apply for Membership in MP too and no need to cancel here in Maharashtra and Goa.
Or someone learned please make me correct here for which thanks alot in advance.
