During pendency of court case, my Advocate has agreed upon to become legal advisor - cum-standing advocate of respondent company in other cases.
Should I leave that advocate who has otherwise promised me to get my dues from respondent out of court in due course but I doubt his integrity.
what appropriate action be taken to safeguard my interests.
