Dear All,
Day before yesterday in a Delhi Consumer Court, the presiding member did not admit an matter against Airtel of some complainant, stating that now even the private Telecom Companies have to go for Arbitration...
Previoulsy, it was held only cases against MTNL and BSNL and that too landline matters, need to be referred to Arbitration.
So what is this the real current situation, any citation on this subject would be appreciated ?
