Kindly let me know that Is mobile service operators like airtel,vodafone,BSNL,reliance etc come under local/state consumer court forum?
If yes then is there any fresh judgement by supereme court or any other court on this which proves the same?
I lost a case in consumer forum due to the reason that abpve mention telecom companies are not under consumer forum juridiction as per superem court orders.
