Tenant v/s owner

Hi,

I am Ranveer Singh, I am resident of of Jaipur Rajasthan.

I am residing in a registed society, which is a welfare society. There is no fund as a secuirty deposit. We collect some minor monthly amount from the residents and provide services to them. I am a tanent in that. I am performing in society as a genral seceratory.

My land loard has given a noc as proxy that he dont have any issue if I am performing as seceratory in society.

I am not involve in financial transcations.

But some residents who do not appriciate the work of the society, they are pointing out that how can any tanent be a seceratory of the society.

Please suggest me any solution of that.

Call for a special General Body meeting and raise the issue in the meeting.  Any decision shall be taken by a majority of members present.

If the society bylaws permit the tenant to become the secretary of the registered society you can continue with the present arrangements if not you may decide whether to continue or tender resignation before the general body decides to remove you from the post.
