This is not a classroom to teach you law.

You can go through the law book

What is your dispute / problem/ locus standi to the facts vis-a-vis question is not clear?

Instead of the learned Senior expert to be polite, it has to be other-way-round for you to be polite, since you have sought obligation of experts on this platform but not vice-versa.

Making this forum a spoiled room that raise disputes and conflict doenot show any seniority  or being expert level, All must learn to give required answer. Reaction cannot be blamed when action are in properly done,  seniority is nowadays seems begging for respect,  this generation believe only in give respect and take respect,  i posted in very respectful manner. I have sought only platform, not searching for teacher  i m not in obligated to get anybody ego under seniority. Why cant so called expert maintain sincerity of their seniority?  What messgae are given by such expert are ... Rather talking on point of law .. Keep your seniority level high.

There was no need of kalaiselvan to reply When he is not expert .  This platform is not only obligated for making queries, its vice versa.

Instead of taking side of wrong learn to mind on the right.

This is a free service platform for rendering legal opinions and not for supply of information demanded by querists .

We do not supply judgments neither we tutor the students here.

The legal issues can be discussed instead of asking academic questions to update your general knowledge.

The question is not about the senior or junior, if you are knowing everything better than anyone here  nothing forced you to creep into this forum seeking advise rather help from the experts of this forum.

Unless we maintain politeness and patience we cannot be able to render proper legal assistance or opinion to the needy who approach this forum hence you do not have to teach us about this.

Minding your words while expressing your thoughts would rather be better for you than to repent over the legal consequences for your damaging statements against any person in the public domain like this in the name of giving a reply.

Mr Kalaiselvan.. if u have an objection why can't you learn to keep away? it is necessary to poke with such disrespectful comments> If u have a little bit of knowledge of being polite in the public domain .. mind your words not hurting others in finding their answers .. you have not given any legal opinion. if this is not academic you it hurting you to so much extent? your useless replies are neither with to consider nor you are welcome in my queries. if platform is open to all that does not mean to come and omit whatever u have in your mouth. don't take disadvantages of open platform. my query is not specially for you.
