When time period given for the magistrate to dispose DV act case within 60 days, why it is taking years to run these cases? Could anyone update me ?
"The Magistrate shall Endeavour to dispose of every application made under sub-section (1) within a period of sixty days from the date of its first hearing"

file an aplication before court u/s 12(5) of the act and get order from the court
