my case is tis, my fathers brother who is blind ,aged , having no issues. he and his brother were living i the same compound. front and back houses, having a common way shared between brothers. but unfortunately the brother in the front lost the house to a don. then the don saled it a third person. the person who bought it started to construct a three stroey building, keeping way in the common way. he is keeping sunshades, sit-outs and grilled passage in the common way. my small father is blind, so we came to help him. the person says half part in the common way is his own,
now i want to know is
1. we filled a case in the court, the persons in the front house are fighting, shouting and using bad words and fighting. my mom and dad are seniour citizens so they are mentally worried.
2. my small father is blind,he needs a person along to go to court, his opposite party is getting vaida and delaying the case.
3. whether disabled person is able to get any previlage in this case,he aims onlyforjustice.
4. the opposite person is using money and saying he can buy judge and buy justice.
my small father has no issues so the opposite person wants to drag the case and construct fully in the common way. help me sir to get justice.
