Traders union

1.We are about 60 traders buying fish from a private fishing harbout limited,whereeas the harbour management is showing bias to few traders and dominating few poor traders which is creating conflicts between traders and the harbour management is unfair in money matters , kindly advise us what sort of trader's union or an association we can form and register.thank you very much in advance.
