After my fathers death in 1993 my mother became the owner of the flat we were staying in. I was a minor then. Now i am a major and would like to change the ownership to joint holders (50:50 between myself and mother). Can you tell me the procedure to do the same? do i have to pay some transfer duty or some other government fees?
