we three joint owner in registered property my mother,elder brother and my name ,now they want to give on my name what i have to do in maharastra and society nomination form my mother signed for 100% share onmy name after her death means ,i want to know than it will transfered 100 % or 1/3rd on my name or in nomination my brother sign require.
or how to remove first two name.
