TRANSFTER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS (TDR)

Dear Chirag,

For transfer of TDR you have to enter into a deed for trasfer of TDR and thereafter you shall intimate to the authority who has given you the TDR i.e. Municipal Corporation etc. the authority will make enrty of the transfer at the backside of the Development Right Certificate and will record the same in their record, the transfer will be completed on the date of entry in register of municipal authority.

Further for  the purpose of accounting of sale of TDR it will be deemed to transferd in the year in which the project to which it pertains gets completed.
