I am very much interested to start 'Go seva' (welfare of cows), for which i want to donate ancestral property for the well being of the said organisation, further i will personally involve in the day to operations of the organisation.
My questions are:
1. Under Which type of organisation [like Trust (Whether public or private) / section 8 company] it can be commenced?
2. What are the requirements for the same in case of trust?
3. What are the major differences between private and public trust?
4. Can we register trust without any property initially?
