Urgent...

Hello everybody

One of my clients has faced the following problem

he purchased a flat 2 years back.

one week ago he was served a notice from SBI stating that the flat alongwith other 5 flats of the building are under the charge of SBI since the developer had taken loan for the construction of the building and failed to repay it.

the developer is untraceable.

what should he do?

Lodge an F.I.R.to the Local Police Station,if the police authority would not register a case, you should file a complain U/Sec.156(3) Cr.P.C.to the Judicial Magistrate Court. And also file a Suit for Declaration and Injunction to the Civil Court where the Property is situated.
