Urgent help

We are staying in builder flat we have 8 flats front and back. we stay on the first floor.we have covered our balcony with a sheet because all are electrical equipments are kept in the balcony. Is it some kind of a crime or does it break any law of mcd????

 

Our neighbours on second floor have complained for same and police is forcing us to remove the sheet. Kindly help

dear querist ,

yes it is against the law to make or add any construction extra to the approved one from the mcb by the builder.

but it depends upon some conditions ,like what kind of structure you had raised?is it permanent?is it causing problem to others i.e. neighbourers.?is it making some danger or threat ?

in some cases we had got permission from the local authorities in certain grounds,now it depends what kind of structure you had raised ?

need to see photographs or vedeo of that construction you had raised for proper legal advise.

As per plan pass copy balcony is open and now u covered by sheet,  U covered balcony permanent /  temporary? If permanent so the other member complain about covered balcony and if temporary that time u says that this balcony covered at rainy season then i open this balcony so other members are not objection about this.
