Respected All,


Can a employer remove a new joinee in probation period wihout vaid reason, what defience can a employee have regarding the same, Is there any law to protest the employees in probation period or any case in favour of such situation pl. help urgent .............

Term of employement clearly mention that a employee can be removed with one day notice or pay in lieu of notice from either side in probation period.
