Hi,
I have heard that some government schools/colleges give out the school premises (like the open ground etc ) for private functions (like marriage functions for instance). The school/college authority charges some fees for the same. Is this legally permitted? If so, where can I get information about the rules and regulations about the same?
Please let me know at the earliest.
