Sir we had received refund order from the Appelate authority of Sales tax tax, mumbai, but during the refund process it was informed from the assessing officer that i.tax has raised a demand of Rs XX Lacs hence thery cant issue refund
however we are in appeal agains the order of the I.Tax and we the same case is still pending
but due to that can our refund can be held up?
