Dear All members
i am in deep need of wage settlement agreement draft with Union. this is the 1st time i have to negotiate with Union on agreement and i dont have any idea about the same.
Kindly send me the draft . It will be great help.

Memorendum of settlement is to be in form H whch is provided in the bare act (ID Act. ) . After signing the agreement a joint application should be made to Assistant Labour Commissioner for registration of the same.
