Hi sir/madam,
My sister ran away with some other gay. I want to legal action on him and I want to blocklist all his education documents is it possible. Because all his education fees done by my Father hard earning money. Is it possible ? Apart from this how can I take action against her any idea pls suggest..,

If she is major above 18 she has right to live and go as she wills, you can do nothing in that case, but if she is minor then you can file for FIR against the guy she eloped with with.

Yes, if your sister is major than she has every right to live with anyone as per her wish,you can't take any legal action against her and if she is minor than you can lodge FIR against guy and take other legal actions.
