Respected sir,
My parents 70yrs aged having physical posation on forefathers property (land and old house) at our native. All the documents on my bade papa's family members name. They live out side the property.
We have claimed our part at Nazul court, yet single hearing is not made up since 7 yrs.
Now my parents wants to shift with me as they are old aged.
1) Is there any way out to keep physical possation?
2) As senior citizen can we request court to do it fast?
