Dear all,
I would like to know the various stages involved in a motor accident case.What are the stages of a case when the applicant can apply for execution or attachment order? What are the steps involved when an NFL order is passed ? How can a settlement be made in such cases?

if the Judgement debtor i.e., respondant in MVC case failed to pay the compensation amount inspite of appearing in the execution case then by filing an application first moveables of the JD can be attached.
