What is the solution for litigants during boycott of courts?

Is it possible to approach the neighbring state High Courts in case of urgency if the jurisdictional High Court is not functioning due to indefinite boycott etc under the Indian Constitution.

I can only say this : Court consist of Bench and the Bar, If the boycott is by the Bar only approach the Judge or the Magistrate to do justice to your case.

whenever the courts in the district are boycotted, the high court can be approched; whenever the courts in the state are boycotted, the supreme court can be approached - the supreme court decide the further legal proceedings to continue or to transfer to any other nearest high coourt.

1. strike in one high court can not confer jurisdiction to another high court which has no jurisdiction otherwise. it can not be a fit ground for trasfer of case also. however, the supreme court is empowered to transfer the case and/or to pass any other order under art. 142 to do coplete justice to parties.

2. if judges of that high court can hold the court and offices of the court are practicaly open then ligant can persue his case himself and no nessesity to approach the supreme court; and when no one including judges and cffice staff is able to enter into the court premises then how any order of supreme court transfering the case can be complied with?
