Can anyone confirm if the Case/FIR is registered in the CAW cell itself or the local police station near the girl's home?
Problem is, I already have a notice bail for the local police station where my Wife filed the complaint but do not have a notice bail for the CAW cell. So, will the same notice bail work for CAW cell as well?

CAW cell do not have powers to arrest. they are ONLY the mediators.

CAW cells are mediation centres and if mediation fails, on the basis of complaint concerned police station register FIR.
