Who signs redevelopment agreement from society?

Respected Lawyers,

I just want to know that when a society building goes for redevelopment, an agreement is signed between the society and the builder.

What I am not clear is, who all are supposed to sign the agreement from society? Do all members sign the final agreement or only the managing committee? If only managing committee signs, is it a valid agreement?

Thanks and regards,

Rajesh

All members first give NOC unanimously to manageing committee to go for deal, then they go for deal.It is valid if all members approved committee to go for deal.

Dear sir,

Society by a resolution can appoint person for signing the development agreement or chairman and secretary can sign the agreement.
