In my opinion an experienced and mature lawyer is required, one who knows family law and also criminal law. A lawyer should be strong on law as well as the facts in the case. Only such lawyer can succeed. So stop looking for a lawyer dealing only in family matters or criminal law and look for a experienced lawyer.

agreed with A.V.Vishal but i think experience can be replaced by good legal knowledge and hardwork.

sir,

It all depends upon the prosecution case. Even if u engage prodigy in criminal side, all the times the defense counsel wants to success d case at the same time the prosecution side also to keep their efforts to punish the accused beyond the reasonable doubt by examining the witnesses. So the evidence adduced by the witnesses is more important.
