the development and growth of India, shall not be put in a hermetically sealed chamber with regid laws hence the constitution makers thought and sought the flexible with regidity and federal with unitary constitution, for us, giving a wide room to make India to flourish like any thing.

most of the criminals are misusing or abusing or excessively using laws for their benefits and profits, not because of the flexibility of constitution and laws, but of the insincere and indiscipline characters of the peiople.

Contitution Slow?????

Dear Friend,

It is not the Constitution which is slow, but yes u can say that machinery of law is slow, the process of law is slow. The contributing factors may be Population, Corruption and Scarcity of Judges etc. and not Constitution.

The law should change with times and hence we have Art. 368 for the amendment of Constitution, nothing wrong in it i suppose!!!

importance of seperation of Judiciary from executive.

So far the case of Arunachal Pradesh is concerned the present legal position is seems to be very  worst. still the politician are handling the judiciary by making undue inflenced to the bureacrat who are holding the judicial proceeding.say example the Deputy commissioner who dont know about law became session judge. so the legal fraternaty are facing lots of difficult.now its time to act.and let discuss about the matter.
