Need some advise:
The property is still in my grandfather's name who expired 25 years ago. Can his 30 year old will still be executed ?
And if it can what would be the cost of transfering the property to the legal heirs ?

You can get the property mutated in the name of the beneficiaries of the will. There is no limitation for executution of the will.
