My company has not paid me two months salary as part of my F&F and I have been following up from the past six months but now everyone is avoiding answering on the same.
My question is - Does it help going to the labour commisioner office and giving a complaint? Would this yield any result? Does the labour office have the clouth or power to intervene and make my company pay?
My collegue who is a HR manager says the labour office even if they send a notice would not have the power for the company to pay salary back to me.
What is the best way to get my salary back and most effective resultsworthy way.
