WRIT APPEAL

Under the Land Reforms Acts of the various states, is a writ appeal maintainable against the order / judgment of the single judge in a writ application. I am aware of the precedent that no writ appeal is maintainable if the order of the single judge is passed uner Special Statute. But are the Land Reform Acts of the various states Special Statutes.???????????

Yes. Those are special enactments.

So what is the way to set aside the order of a Single Judge in a writ application arising out of a Special Statute apart from coming to SC in Appeal.
