Wrong deduction of land line phone by bsnl

1.            I was retired from MTNL Delhi dated 31.12.2001 as a AGM(Group A) under DoT Category.

3.      As per government orders BSNL provides rent free landline connections to retired DoT officers with 550 calls free every month.

4.      After retirement I have submitted all my relevant documents for conversion of my above phone from Service Category to Retired-Dot Category.

5.       OB No(Order) 11873865  dated 01.05.2002 in this regard was issued and entry was made in my PPO by commercial officer dated 23.05.2002.

6.      This was also confirmed under RTI “The phone no. 2717883 was converted into R/Dot category vide OB No. 11873865 dated 01.05.2002.

7.      Now BSNL disconnect my phone and send me the bill of Rs 35542, when I enquired they told me that in billing system they have not changed

8.      So I am not at fault due for this huge bill.

9.      I have also send the complaints to their nodal officer and appellant authority (complaints) but they are not replying my quires.

1    I am ready to by my bill which is upto my credit limit as per Trai circular no  “Trai Direction no 301-27/2005-Eco dated 27th June 2005 and 7th June 2006”

11. Now Please advise what to do.
