Greetings of the day!!
IT is stated that please guide me in following points
1. That the petitioner filed the petition U/s 125 Crpc and showed that she is not earning and not having any sources of income for maintained herself and her 2 children
2. That on basis of her evidence and petition the family court fixed her maintenance.
3. That but on the other hand the petitioner is working in some governemt department on contract basis and drawing salary.
4. That on the side of respondent that certified document filed in the court and argue the judge that she filed fake affidavit and conceal the facts from the court but judge not considered the same
now my query is that i wants to take action againat her on the basis of that affidavite that given by the petitioner and in which section I can file any litigation to give fake and conceal the facts from the court against the petitioner .
