Once notification of rotation of panchayat elections is issued, courts have no scope to intervene

Held, in view of the notification of the calender of events, there is a bar for this Court to entertain this petition as contemplated under Article 243-O of the Constitution of India. In this view of the matter, this petition cannot be entertained. Petition dismissed.
