Held, the nomination was rightly rejected in the instant case. It was mentioned that allowing such undeserving persons to contest election will create hindrance in democratic set up to have proper and fair elections. The Superintendent of Police directed to conduct enquiry into the matter and if necessary to register FIR and proceed further with the investigation.
