Nithyananda - what must be real crime and case

It is now clear when Karnataka CID told Hon'ble HC and ED while announcing their case making a remark that cases won't hold water, that the sections booked at present it is not properly capable of encaging but only briefly engaging the saffron clad man for a while.

Of course, morally a Parama Hansa must not be after money and return them to those who gave it, as he must be unattached. The donors gave it to him as he claimed to be parama hansa. but is this enough to beat alcard V skinner syndrome and snatch property and give it back to donors.

It would be himalayan or higher to prove his motive was to cheat people. Many scientific people collect money and do not cure or give peace of mind. they can go scot free, he will also.

Mental torture he is giving to investigation officers and to all of us by making hear the news about him, to others it is next to impossible to corner him. 

The facts are clear. A person collects money arranges men and women to enjoy sexual pleasure in the name of tantric exercises. Is this not sufficient to make case under human trafficking, Prostitution.

Also, HC must take note of adulterous nature of activities and order suo motu charges being framed if at all he has to come into that fold. 

 If this is not done, I am sure he would open his shop soon, albeit with help of ED case being not strong for some reason, with improved clientelle, as there are many who would fantasize what he had been offering.
