Responsibilities of the officers of the court

Goddess of law blind folded. Judges are limited.Govt's resources are limited.We have too many laws to deal with. Too many laws are being enacted without removing /replacing the old and antique ones.There are too amny cases being filed by the police and many are being taken notice by the court themselves. List of undertrials are more than the numbers of convicted inside jails and we the people of India are paying for their sustenance besides making them useless altogether. The police, the judges, the jailors, the contractors, the bureaucrats & the politicians are waiting for their to make a kill in this mele, called indian circus of LAW of the Land. 

There are vacations for our LORDSHEEPS and too many unannouced leaves leaving the accused, the witness, the police, the busy bee law yers in a mess. The clerks or the readers are happy as it is their turn to make a kill. They are the master of the ceremony while the judge/ magistrate is on unannounced leave. They grant wishes anybody andeverybody in respect to their request for a new dates. Law officers of the court are not complaining.

There are hundreds and thousands of motor vehicles confiscated by the police on the order of the your lordsheeps or on their own. They are lying in disuse. None expect ourlordsheeps will come down to mother earth from their ivory towers to inspect them personally for once. But they are there. Your lordsheeps have no time to think. They have to go on vacations. The police, the prosecution have their multitude of excuses not bringing this to the notice of the court. petrol diesels are short supply from the govt of the day. Those cosfiscated vehicles rae the only other source of supply free of cost and getting it reimbursed.

But what are the duties of our law officers of the courts? They are aplenty. There is no dearth. That's their bread and butter. They are attending the office without a break. Do they have some responsibility to the state which allows to earn by practising in a court of law? I have seen even the advocates are allowed to run their co-op banks within the premises of the courts where sureties/bonds are deposited by the accused seeking bails. That money mulplies as a case on average takes 22.3 years to settle. That the profit earned by those coop banks by courtesy of the govt of the day is utilised for the welfare of the law officers of the courts. Why those law officers be made responsible for clearing the back logs , clearing the confiscated vehicles by the police and getting the undertrials out at the earliest. 

The national , notional , rational , irrational , regional , secular , communal , spiritual, cultural parties , trusts , mistrusts  entities in India are infested with lawyers.com. It is therefore expected out of them to cleanse the mess in the courts clogging the judicial wheels . Am I expecting too much?
