MTNL - active in kharghar thanks to new ED in mr, Punj

I came from Boston MA, the USA recently for about three months or so.

My  daughter in law to keep me active with my laptop provided me a landline with a WI FI link to make my laptop work meaningfully.

I do travel quite often .

Besides being a lawyer, a counsel in high courts and hon apex court on constitutional laws, besides a corporate strategist,helping corporate, big, medium and small , I  a visiting faculty in JBIMS in between 2000 or so to 2007 on management strategies.  A management advisor for 45 years to engineering and textiles, dredging industries.

I had been lecturing in the USA, on emerging competitions, competitive strategies. Industries,  the companies to be are on tenterhooks, as, no one knows, what is in store tomorrow.

Most of my lectures are to help the people everywhere i go.

I  believe like JF Kennedy said ‘do not ask what the country has  done to me, but what i did for the country, that way i even take  up cases without charging fees in the deserving cases of poor people.

The present ED of MTNL seems a MBWA practicing type  and he indeed activising Kharghar area where the MTNL presence is indeed minimal .

The government service providers to private buildings in any new townships like kharghar should ensure roads being arteries of meaningful living, need to be untamper

Their  livelihood  is based on just walking the roads, when a so called 21st century builder in CIDCO is the urban planner.

NMMC has been terribly failing as a municipal planner in new Mumbai area since 1992 when it became a municipality, to cater to look after lacs of people.

When I see even 10,000 or even less people in the USA get municipalities which maintain the infrastructure in a most fine condition, but yet people need better husbanding there.

Here when I look, indeed pathetic. Besides the great local governments here think of expanding see here new international airport is here.

But what this great 21st century builder would do is indeed an anybody’s guess.

As an state urban planner CIDCO need to coordinate with various service providers like MTNL, other private services provider.

They could look for a holistic approach in urban planning, but what i see everyone does everything, contrary to the health of the real township.

Other day I read a piece in DNA, by one Mr. Patkar a Vashi NMMC shiv sena corporator   saying CSR funds need be handed over to Ameture municipal corporation to squander the corporate social responsibility funds.

If one sees how the corporation wasted all these years so much funds is in anybody’s knowledge domain in new mumbai known as ‘Navi  Mumbai’ a  BPMC Act floated municipality.  

One lady corporator  said, in DNA NMMC failed in building Loos at various locations, seem to be somewhat conscious of the NMMC problems. Willing to admonish.

No public health health officer seem to head the public health department.

But some general   medical practitioner seems heading. what is the earthly use sir?

Sanitation  definitely suffer, is it not sir? Don’t you agree? God bless you all.

It reminds me of Bacon’s epithet - ‘where knowledge is sin, there ignorance is bliss’. May be that kind !

In the USA such corporators would face jail sentences as people there very vigilant and would not allow any wastages, even courts just deliver judgements without caring for the revenue losses of the local self governments, why even federal governments too.

DNA reported several rape cases in this great municipality, but rapists escape victims pay the price.

One 911 call would make highway or town police reach the spot immediately and take into custody the accused person in no  time.

- what do you say ? your policing  is great? it is politicians interfere in policing affairs that way  affect the policing network.

I had seen in same DNA how a Shiv sena man hit the police lady constable when she demanded his license, as he was speaking on mobile while on wheels; and it seems   she is in coma like state that shows that great SS man how hard he hit her is apparent; till now  he is not in lock up , what kind of policing is in mumbai is anybody’s guess.

Redevelopment builders, why other builders do not give to the societies their rightful entitled authentic documents  - OC or completion certificates,  why leave a lot of flats half built what does it reflect  of the so called vashi Corporator’s andclaim for CSR moneys from industries?

I do not understand why people need to tolerate such cowardly persons as their corporators.

It means the state government governance seems to be not up to mark is obvious.

Media seems to be tucking themselves with such political worthies. Turns Nelson’s eye on such incidents to curry favor it seems.

Another report on ST fake certificates seems misused since 1976.

It shows the rot is beyond repair.  These issues seems to be again beyond  any redemption.

I wonder why Bombay high court did not take up Suo Motu cognizance and appointed SIT to probe in.

Is it worried of any backlash, why it should ?

it is judiciary .

Besides the local custodian of the constitution of india.

Do the judges look for sinecures with the present governments? if so, very sad commentary.

Once a judge just please be a meaningful judge, do the job expected of you, never buckle and  give to pressures of politics or politicians.

if you give in, why people need you as judges sirs. Think frends.

Fake imaginary caste certificates seem to be a great money spinner

 - i mean black or blue money churner to politicians here, besides to the public servants involved in certification under various so called statutes threats, like ‘SC/STAttracity’ Acts, a shield to these worthies manufactured by these political worthies.

I see Legislative councils or Rajya sabha, supposed to have men of wisdom, and calibre, do we have?

But what we see again legislative assemblies or Loksabha types of stuff stuffed in these places,

Why better abolish and save the funds of the people paid as taxes through their noses.

Ministers are not really equipped in the relevant areas of governance but how the CMs or PMs appoint  is one of the world wonders of siphoning mechanics it appears.

Yet there should if wisdom prevails  make real men of wisdom in the councils or the Rajya sabha.

People should question very starkly, when the elections are on cards, ask these worthies, why you say you deserve to be our representative in the houses; what credentials do you have, ask   them, if they resent do not give votes to them, lash them at every street corner to make  them accountable to you.

Culture of a village is indeed  definitely foreign to another village. But culture values are forgotten.

people address themselves by their family name of the past, so they live yesterday world.

if you use your first name you might live in the present ,  but seems you live in old glories without realising what you are, that is called personality covering (masking).

you want to live in old Shivaji’s state, but you lost his virtues, he never cheated; but politicians cheat day in and day out today.

Teachers number seem to be more than the admitted students.

Teachers are not paid months, their salaries. what great economics sirs.

Find a DNA report MBAs/BEs are competing for police constable posts/jobs what that reflects sirs.

Where are we? think, think, think.
