Can we go to court to freeze the delimitation of constituencies.

Is this act is a punishment to the people who control the population in its society. Will one day our government declare new loksabha and assembly seats in accordance with the population.

What is the purpose of the delimitation of constituencies. Is it justifiable. Is central government think the population growth is beneficial.
