i wanted to know that whether cs course is good for law students?

Yes it is a good course if you want to pursue corporate laws as a career.

After completion of CS course one may join any companyas company secretary/ Legal manager and nowadays the course has good value.

Course of law supliments the course of company secretary. Many companies prefer to have one company secretary-cum-legal head to look after the affairs of the company. In such circumstances, it would be better for you to have both the courses of ACS and LLB.
