Hi this NIKLESH KALA.....

MY QUS IS THAT -IF THE SON IS DEAD OF A PARENT BUT THE SON IS HAVING WIFE CAN THE FATHER OF THE BOY ASK FOR MAINTANANCE FROM HIS SON'S WIFE RESP IF (YES THEN WHY AND NO THEN WHY) PLS EXPLAIN THIS QUERY.....

Father in law is very well is entitled to claim maintenance from his daughter in law (wife of deceased son) if he is unable to maintain himself under the provisions of section 125 Cr. P. C. There are lot of citation in support of this settled law.
