Not a legal problem. However, your query description, itself contains your answer for you.

I don't think, you don't know your own age. However, if your age is not known to you, it is a simple question of mathematics, which you could have calculated for yourself. By your own calculation, you could very well find that you have not yet attained the qualifying age for additional pension. You will have to wait for a period of another six months

retired Government officials will get 20 per cent of additional pension after they complete 80 years of age, 30 per cent of after completing 85 years, 40 per cent after crossing 90 years of age, 50 per cent after reaching 95 years and 100 per cent of additional pension after completing 100 years of age.

What is the dispute involved in your question ?
You are well aware of the government policy qua additional pension being granted on attainment of 80, 90 and 100 years of age.
Timepass question paper ??
