The querist is an Advocate

Mr Alexander,
How do you know the querist to be an advocate, when, neither his LCI profile contains his intro, except the description, "I will be updating it soon," nor he introduced himself while posting his query?
Moreover, he has asked for training for a law student, not for an advocate. The question arises, if he had been an advocate, why he is not aware of the articleship for an LLB student?
Still further, he has posted his query under the category of students.
So, event such point scuttles down your certification about his being an advocate.

Precisely. I am ad litem with you on this issue. The GENTLEMAN claims to be an advocate and having been granted an accumulated total of 73 odd points by the LCI for answering queries in this forum. So he is not only an Advocate but possibly on the panel of Experts as only Experts can respond to the queries and be eligible to be assessed and awarded points.
SO IT IS THE LCI WHO HAS CONFERRED THE STATUS OF AN ADVOCATE and an_" EXPERT "at that
It has never been my intention to CERTIFY any body to be ADVOCATE. PERISH THE THOUGHT
Had he been an advocate he would have known that in the final year of a 3 year LLB Course a law student has to do Internship under a reputed advocate ( I am not disclosing the minimum period of internship and the criteria of the Mentor advocate) In fact some Colleges maintain a register of qualified and experienced Advocates for the students to make his choice.
Infact I am not stating anything The Querist himself is certifying himself to be an advocate. He himself claims to be an ADVOCATE in WRITING I was just expressing my shock that being an advocate which he may or may not be ,he doesn't even know the basics .
. The title he gave was 'Article(students)' meaning thereby that that he is asking about the the'articleship' for law students and not that he himself is a law student'
Please be assured that our paths shall never cross and I shall never be crossing legal swords with you ever even in a court room - in fact this is the first and the last time that I shall be responding to your remarks/or criticism valid or utterly invalid

Mr. Alexander,
U R trying to raise unwarranted debate with the senior experts by mentioning UR an ad litem. I am not disputing UR claim, but U have too assess the gravity of the queries which the experts spend in answering. So U R also not Alexander but (NOM DE PLUME) I appreciate UR concern for acadamic and arrogant querists, but at the same time U have two think twice before questioning the senior experts.HopeU got my point.

Mr. Alexander,
How you can say that he has been registered as an advocate by the LCI, when he has not replied even a single query of others? He has earned scores only on his registration and posting his own queries, all of which are of academic queries.
